These terms apply to dose-iq.com, operated by BK International EOOD (trading as Dose-IQ), Bart Kauwenberghs, Svetulka 3, 1415 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: info@dose-iq.com only.
Dose-IQ is an official Bioniq distributor. Bioniq products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Only authorised EU health claims are intended.
What this website is
This site is informational. The Wellness Assessment and purchases are completed on Bioniq’s shop (shopbioniq.com) or related Bioniq checkout pages. Those purchases are contracts with Bioniq (or the seller named at checkout), under that shop’s terms, shipping and returns rules. Dose-IQ does not process card payments on dose-iq.com.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using a food supplement.
Testimonials and reviews
Named quotes are personal opinions of the people shown. They are not a promise of results. Star ratings, Trustpilot mentions and figures such as “12,400+” refer to Bioniq product reviews / Bioniq customers, not to Dose-IQ sales.

If you join the waitlist you must give consent and provide a valid email. We use it only to notify you about availability, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee a launch date in any country.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (including scraping, injecting code, or attempting unauthorised access). Product names, logos and images remain the property of their owners (including Bioniq). You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission.
Liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Bulgarian and EU consumer law, Dose-IQ is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this informational site. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. If you buy on shopbioniq.com, that seller’s terms and statutory rights apply to the purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
