This policy explains how Dose-IQ (the trading name of BK International EOOD) collects and uses personal data when you use dose-iq.com, including if you join our waitlist.

What this site does

Dose-IQ is an official Bioniq distributor. This website provides information about Bioniq food supplements and may redirect you to Bioniq’s shop (shopbioniq.com) to complete an assessment or purchase. Purchases and account data on shopbioniq.com are handled by Bioniq under their own privacy notice — not by Dose-IQ.

Data we collect

• Waitlist: if your country is not listed, you may submit your country and email so we can tell you when Dose-IQ becomes available. Submission requires a consent checkbox linking to this policy. The form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io) on our behalf.
• Language preference: stored in your browser (localStorage) so the site can remember EN/DE/FR and other interface languages. This is not used to identify you.
• We do not run a Meta (Facebook) pixel or similar advertising tracker on this site. We do not sell your data.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Waitlist emails are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@dose-iq.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Why we use the data

Only to notify you about Dose-IQ / Bioniq availability in your country and to administer the waitlist. We do not use waitlist data for unrelated marketing unless you later give separate consent.

Processors and transfers

Waitlist messages are delivered via Formspree, Inc. Formspree may process data in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on the processor’s contractual safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable). Google Fonts may be requested by your browser from Google when pages load.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until we have launched in your country and notified you, or you ask us to delete them, and in any event no longer than 24 months from collection unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. To delete your waitlist email or exercise any right, write to info@dose-iq.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria, or with your local EU supervisory authority.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Food supplements

Bioniq products presented on this site are food supplements, not medicines. Information on this site is not medical advice. Only authorised EU health claims are intended.
